There may be a few that you're thinking "what in the ...?" but trust me, they're all SO good. If you're lazy like me, and only want to download a couple, get 'Last Years Nest' and 'Blue Jeans'. Two totally different songs that I can't get enough of. That's it, except to say LET'S SEE SOME MORE ACTION ON HERE!!

The Mars Volta has such an original sound, that I'm blown away by it every time. You have to hear it to really understand what I mean. Check out the songs The Widow, Televators, and Intertiatic ESP. Check out the video for The Widow if you can find it too. If you're not really into their shit the first time, listen again. I guarantee it will hook you.

i've been on quite a kick lately. if you have not checked these cats out, do so!! some of my favs are "Polyamorous", "Medicate", and "Skin" from the Saturate album. There second disc is wicked too, I kinda like their first one better. Off the second disc some favs are "So Cold", "Breakdown", and "Rain" (a nice slower track)

For a sick site, and an even sicker band, check this out. "Someone" and "Wait" are gems.

jord...looked into Goodnight Nurse. i like what i hear so far, grabbed the four tracks that are on their website

Upon Brennan's encouragement I finally went and bought Kanye West's disc - The College Dropout. If you enjoy rap or hip hop at all, you need to go out and buy this disc. It is a little different flavor than anything else out there, but has some amazing songs and is one of those discs you can just listen to from start to finish. I give it 4 1/2 mics.

jord...downloaded the entire Pete Murray album. great stuff, a must download for those who like jack johnson, ben harper, john mayer, and damiem rice.
